They are absolutely wonderful there! Ive been going there for just over 10 years now, and I feel grateful for my doctor and all the staff. They definitely make you feel like you are worth their time 😊 --Although, the newer front desk staff (maybe been there for a couple years not sure but they're different than the awesome ladies they had before.) Maybe need some more training. Besides that, fenominal doctors!!
Doctor J kinda is very professional and take time to listen my problems And the nurse is very nice
I do recommend this clinic because the doctors here are always attentive and genuine. However, reception could be way friendlier.
booking over 30 days for appointments. The reception has gone down over the past 5 years its so bad now it takes over 35 days for an appointment and 2 hours in the waiting room
The girls at the front desk are rude. I didn’t have coverage due to needing to change my address. There was $100 bill because of that and they wouldn’t help me send it away to sask gov. All they wanted was me to pay them. Wouldn’t let me get a much needed dr appointment because of it. I’m very upset
