The administrator of this facility shows no respect for either patients or caregivers and is completely unsuitable to provide any kind of service. The administration demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and respect toward patients, while basic standards of care are consistently ignored. The overall quality of services is unacceptable. Immediate corrective action is necessary to address these serious concerns.

The care my 97- yr old love one received was excellent! The Aide took an interest in Freddie and inquired about his life and adventures. He was treated as if he were their grandfather…not just a client. Our concerns were always addressed promptly and corrected with no debates. I would highly recommend Assisting Hands.
