The Nampa office are friendly and wonderful people to work with. They are flexible and willing to accommodate your preferred schedule. If I need time off for an appointment, they adjust my shift. They are always supportive to my needs and accessible when I have questions or concerns regarding my clients. I love my job !
I have been through several in home care companies. None have met my needs as well as Assisting Hands. They are warm, personable and treat me as a valuable member of my support team. A family member of mine recently got injured from one of Assisting Hand's nurse's aides in Miami. The administrator assured me several times that their aides knew how to properly transfer a patient . They were not being honest. One of the elderly aides they sent thought she would transfer my family member by yanking their arm. Wow, went and picked up my W2 and no one knew where they were first off. Then I had to pick it up cause apparently it was sent back, when they handed it to me it was in the mailing envelope with a stamp and the return sticker. Funny thing was it it was opened as well, seems weird considering it’s illegal to open someone’s mail. When I began doing my taxes I realized that nothing was taken out from state or federal.
