I have been using them three and a half months and my caregiver has been very reliable - very kind and compassionate, always arriving on time and providing whatever service is needed. The office staff is available and responsive to any questions or changes in schedule or service. I recommend their services.
My first time ever using an in-home care service. I had serious reservations about giving someone I didn't know full run of my home while I was severely limited in my ability to watch/monitor them.
