We have had nothing but positive experiences with Monique and her team at Assisting Hands. Approximately a year ago, we needed assistance with our Dad when he was discharged from a nursing home. Monique and her team were unbelievable. They were so compassionate and kind to him. We didn’t hesitate to contact Monique again this past year when we needed assistance in taking care of our mom. I cannot say enough about Assisting Hands-Clinton Township. We were in need of home care for our Father, due to a last minute discharge from a rehab facility. Monique from Assisting Hands was there for us. Monique and her caregivers did not hesitate to help us or our Dad. From incontinent care, conversation, to administering the necessary meds needed to make Dad's last days comfortable. Monique and her team went into high gear when we needed 24/7 care, also. Assisting Hands provided in-home health care in Eastpointe for my mother's last 6 weeks of life. Monique and her team did a wonderful job and I can verify that they did everything we expected and much more. They were responsible, on-time, consistent, thoughtful, gentle, patient and totally trustworthy. Their fees were fair. I have had wonderful, friendly and helpful caregivers the last 2 years. Monique does an excellent job hiring good people to assist those in need. I have Parkinson's and they help with meals, showers, housekeeping, laundry and many things. They also take good care of my dog, Macy. I would give this company high praise for a job well done.
