This company SUCKS!!! That's speaking from my experience! The office person basically shirks her responsibilities, if you have an issue, forget about it!! She must be overworked or just does not care or both!! & forget about the so called executive director, who seems clueless about EVERYTHING!! Can't really say anything about the owner, never had a conversation with him... There was a review that said that this company does not care about the employees, & I agree! On July 1st 2024 0ur new caregiver arrived and we are thrilled. Mimi is talented, cheerful and very knowledgeable about how to approach the clients needs. With Mimi's helping hands my husband is showing progression in his abilities and has more confidence. Mimi is flexible as care needs can change depending on the health of her client.
