We have had an extremely positive experience with the Assisting Hands agency. They have a team that is both responsive and caring. We cannot say enough good about our Caregiver who has provided for my wife as an Alzheimer's patient. Our caregiver is always dependable, kind, and caring for my wife. She is knowledgeable about dementia, based on her past experiences working with individuals with the condition. She has been a true blessing to work with my wife. Absolutely the best care that I would have wanted for my husband, who was in hospice at home. The caregivers were all so friendly and giving and took a huge load off of my shoulders. They became part of the family very quickly.

I engaged the AH - Arlington Heights team from September 2024 - April 2025 to support my mother (before moving "Mom" to a senior care facility). During this eight-month period, the AH team was great -- responsive, proactive, worked with me to find the right caregivers and expand shifts, etc. Recommend this team highly to care for your loved one!
