My 90 year old dad had been in assisted living with limited assistance before he had a fall. After a four day hospital stay and 3 weeks in rehab, his physical abilities were diminished. We found Assisting Hands and began 24/7 care for him in his unit, with 5 caregivers alternating shifts (one primary handling weekdays.). This is our first venture with a caregiver for our mom. She’s in assisted living but really needed more direct care each day. The Assisting Hands team has been great to work with. They set reasonable expectations, helped us understand their process of finding the right caregivers for my mom, and have been very responsive to me when I had questions. My family and I could not be happier with this firm!

The care givers at Assisting Hands have been efficient, professional and kind. They more than exceeded my expectations. The office staff is reasonable and responsive to our needs.
