I highly recommend that everyone try Assisted Stretching. Coming from an athletic background, I do a lot of different types of stretching but this is something totally different. It was beneficial to parts of the body I couldn't stretch alone. After an injury to my back and hip I was able to get my range of motion back and focus on strength. Assisted stretching is AMAZING

This stretching is unlike any other in the Shreveport Bossier area. After I was stretched out professionally I felt like I could workout a lot easier and more efficiently, while the muscles I was working fired off where need be.
