A big shout out to Bill and Marlene for their excellent customer service with the purchase of two walkers for my parents. Your knowledge and your patience was outstanding. You are, and will always be our first choice if we need more equipment in the future.

We had a mobility scooter that wouldn't move and were thinking it was probably dead batteries but weren't sure. We drove from Guelph to Georgetown on a Saturday afternoon and the man who we dealt with was wonderful. He did a couple of tests on the old batteries to make sure we didn't spend hundreds of dollars on new batteries we may not need. He was super knowledgeable and helpful.
