This facility is outstanding! Very nice, clean, smells wonderful and the residents were enjoying themselves.
The tour was great. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The facility is clean and very nice.
My husband has stayed twice for RESPITE CARE at “The Meadowlands”, so I could go on a much needed vacation, as his caregiver. Each time when I picked him up, he was Happy, and well taken care of. It was so nice to be able to go on a trip not having to worry about him. He said he enjoyed the food, and that everyone there being so kind to him, and making him feel at home. Meadowlands has been such a blessing for my LO to have a safe place with great care. The common area & rooms in memory care have always been clean when I visit. They are accommodating and friendly.
I do not recommend the memory care unit. Left my non-ambulatory father alone at the end of a long hallway for long periods of time, soaked in urine. Room was not cleaned regularly, the bathroom toilet went weeks without being cleaned. There weren't any call buttons in his room so he could not notify anyone when he needed assistance. Family was treated poorly when we expressed our concerns. We took him out of there after 1 month. This was in 2021.
