I have visited a relative, here a few times in the last two months. My last visit was two days ago. Before that visit, I would have given one star or zero stars, if I could. Every time before two days ago, you would walk in the door and the smell of a urine would nearly knock you down. Staff are nice, but many walk or sit around on their cell phones.
