We bought property in 2019 and for nearly 5 years between a horribly dishonest civil engineering firm and a dysfunctional city bureaucracy we approached Joey and Vern at ACC. We have been so busy enjoying our new home that I have been remiss in leaving a review. With ACC we were able to utilize the limited square footage of an ADU exactly as we wanted rather than having to pick from a handful of pre-made plans. I would definitely call them back for another project.

The owner, Joe Simons, showed true leadership throughout the project.
