Absolutely unacceptable service from whoever was working today, 4/4/24. My mother and aunt go in to the store on almost a weekly basis and are well known. Today the staff felt it necessary for some reason to racially profile my family and gossipped about my mother when she went into the changing room. They took it a step further and decided to accuse her of stealing, amongst each other. We have never had such a poor experience here. We WILL NOT be visiting bargain box anymore. I visited this store thinking they were the same ones on 4th Street, I went and I liked a bag with his wallet and I wanted to ask my son's opinion who was with me at that time. In the end I decided not to buy because it had damaged a part and we decided to leave, we went out and The security personnel came out after us, treated us as if we had taken something we didn't pay for and I had to go back to show him that everything was in its place.
