I would not work for them. I’m waiting for a background check to come back my back was clear. I been a caregiver for 7 years they tell me they can’t go forward because I got two tickets in 2018 really really. They should not waste people time like that. I’m glad I dodge them because that was super petty to me.
Wonderful company and people to work with. Competent and friendly caregivers. No pressure, no sales pitches. Flexible hours and schedules You pay as you go. If on a rare occasion a caregiver has to cancel, you are immediately informed.
I’ve been working with AHC for only a few months now and they are a very good agency! They are so understanding and will work with you under any circumstances. Everyone is polite and professional and that is the key to building a great team!!!
I am sorry if I share negative thoughts I strongly recommend DO NOT TRY TO GET HIRED by assistance home care this company doesn't care about quality of caregivers. I did virtual job interview today but I got rejected with no reason. I am sure I have provided strong preferences and experience. at least you losing your heart of your workforce. Do not waste time of lot applicants Of course you have to right to choose employees but recruiting will never be successful without doing it right
