Katrina is AMAZING! My services had finally ended with Easy Wireless. Went in there and sat for two hours while they worked on renewing my service. No updates, all I heard about was how they didn’t know if they could get me approved even though I was previously through them for 3 years. I gave up and came to Assist Wireless. This storage and manager are awesome. They spent much time politely explaining everything in a way I could understand. They definitely deserve a raise for the seamless business transaction. I will come here again.
Crap phones crap management. Lady is atrocious .the laziest most scheming employer definitely don't run checks on employees I never gave permission for my name ran and she didn't care at all. Sketchy!!!
This company steals information from people and gets phones to shut down without the person even knowing about it I would not recommend this company for anything whatsoever
