Najee was awesome! He was very kind, patient, and professional. He helped me get a phone and didn’t mind waiting while I looked for my Social Security card, and stuff I needed. Great customer service! I’d definitely recommend Najee, at this midwest city location, Best Assist Wireless store!

Although the store was very busy when I arrived, the Store Manager, Najee, greeted everyone who walked through the door ☺️. He is a GREAT MULTITASKER! He was able to keep assisting the customer(s) he was working with at that time, all while greeting/finding out what the customer(s) walking through the door were coming in for. This helped him determine if he could help them right away (i.e. with data reloads) while others were waiting for approval.
