Experience overall at this location was nice, the women working, that helped me, turned out to be the manager of the store, her name was Nicole, she was nice, considerate, very helpful, plus her customer service skills went above & beyond. She got me new phone service in no time at all. My one & only thumbs down , was that I wasn't able to keep my current phone #, had to get a new number w a new phone. I wish the company would fix this dilemma, especially for those of us that need to keep the same #. Other than that downfall... read more

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They DONT tell you you have to wait 6 months to get a phone that works or pay a fee. They don't make sure the phone they give you works properly before you leave the store. If you do leave without checking they refuse to give you a new one without paying for it. The phone just kicks you out of what ever you're doing and the wifi connection and data are weak to say the best. Assist wireless is a nightmare, bar none. Don't let them fool you.
