Experience overall at this location was nice, the women working, that helped me, turned out to be the manager of the store, her name was Nicole, she was nice, considerate, very helpful, plus her customer service skills went above & beyond. She got me new phone service in no time at all. My one & only thumbs down , was that I wasn't able to keep my current phone #, had to get a new number w a new phone. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They DONT tell you you have to wait 6 months to get a phone that works or pay a fee. They don't make sure the phone they give you works properly before you leave the store. If you do leave without checking they refuse to give you a new one without paying for it. The phone just kicks you out of what ever you're doing and the wifi connection and data are weak to say the best. Assist wireless is a nightmare, bar none. Don't let them fool you.

If you go to any Assist go to Broken Arrow where Nicole will take care of you!! She has the patience of Jobe, great conversation and the best customer service I ever experienced! A guy was in the store being rude to her and she still kept her cool and was super sweet to him AND did all she could to help that mean man and he left with an apology and a smile! She deserves a raise she needs to train employees literally all the above.
