Asked if me and my 65 year old father could step outside for a minute, then loved the door and put a sign in the window saying I’ll be back (in 15 minutes). That time came and still no telling how long we are supposed to be standing here in the hot sun.
Showed up to get help with getting phone, online shows they are open at 10am. I'm sitting here and open sign is off. Called an no answer
Don't expect to purchase phone accessories if you aren't paying for phone service through them.
We absolutely love the lady there. She is amazing and her patience level is astonishing since she deals with jerks up there and holds a great deal of professionalism.
Went in to get a phone. She was very nice and helpful. Was done in no time. I would recommend to anyone
