Good service Good people.
Paula is the rudest and most incompetent employee I've ever dealt with. Sat on her phone eating laffy taffy and having a personal conversation while I was waiting to return a phone. Then told me I couldn't get a refund. Then told me the refund would be a credit on my account for less than I was owed. The refund was supposed to go back on my card but apparently she says it will be mailed as a paper check. Didn't even verify my mailing address. Knoledgable an courteous, easy to use.
Service was great. Chad took care of me and had me in and out in less that 15 minutes, and that's even working with one arm. The fact that he was in an accident this morning and still managed to come into work is amazing. Super surprised that upper management even let him come in to work. This man needs a rise because he is not getting paid enough for what he does or has to put up with.
