The service was wonderful and I got the best help there! Thank you guys for the phones!
When my wife went in to get help to recertify her cell phone for lifeline I was with her and witnessed everything I am saying. When she explained she didn't know how to download her documents or how to attach them to her recertification she was told by the gentleman working to pay for a school to teach her how to use the phone or get someone else to help her. He said he didn't have time and we were the only 2 people in the store and no one came in while we were there. I want her to switch companies as your company apparently... read more
