This place is a joke. It's no wonder they are already out of business.. I would definitely recommend people to stay away. Shady as all get out.
This place deserves ZERO stars. Was sold a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica on August 8, 2016. Car was given to me without the title (later they claimed to have called me about picking up the title and when I said I could pull my AT&T cell phone records to show that no one had called me about anything they hung up on me). Was not able to get the car tagged and a Webb City, MO officer contacted me a week before Thanksgiving to tell me the VIN number was showing the car listed as stolen from Shreveport, LA. Just horrible. Scam artists. Overcharge for everything. Won't pick up a phone. Cars are dirty
What a joke ... i think they took the money and ran. The Springfield lot hasn't been open in at least a week, voicemail is full, Joplin lot won't return my call. If they don't return my call within the next 24 I'll be calling the Attorney General.
