Most Admin and onboarding employees were nice, but either not givn the tools needrf or completely not capable in their roles or overworked and taking on too many clients because.. I basically was doing everyone else's job and mine. And there were issues With scheduling apointments needed before the job start and with getting the kids in the appropriate timeline if I had to pick up more than one and no one ever actually. yook care of these concerns so finally I just quit after they stiffed me pay because it was so impossible ... read more
This company is sketchy. They wanted to hire me to drive. Their onboarding process is a lot. You have a 3 hr virtual orientation after they hire you, then you get fingerprinted, drug tested, vehicle inspection, another 3 hour virtual training for mandatory reporting, a drivers test and after all that another background check. They say that the 6 hours of training is paid. They don’t tell you how much, so you are basically going through all of this in good faith. This is a awful business the drivers are nice but whoever runs the routing has no idea how to work with special needs, My student who is on the autism spectrum was in a car for two hours after school because they added two students with out informing us and when I finally got ahold of someone they lied and said the driver was delayed. we fired them and I am considering legal action because for the two hours they had no idea where she was and couldn't or wouldn't give me her GPS location STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
