Nena and Jaiden were absolutely amazing in the transport of my father. The company overall was phenomenal and they responded with extremely short notice but with excellent customer service. I literally booked my dad‘s transport the night before, and they came with the ambulance, they transferred him from his hospital bed to his gurney, they made sure he was belted down safe. A driver for assist ambulance (vehicle 385) was an unprofessional driver. She didn't know to merge into the lane that I have occupied. Also did not acknowledge that I have the right in the lane. When I finally drove next to her she was on her phone the whole time.
