My Aunt was unwilling to go to the hospital. The EMS team at Assist arrived and confinced her it was in her best interest to get checked out. They were efficient and friendly. They transporter her without incident. Thanks for being such professionals.
Nena and Jaiden were absolutely amazing in the transport of my father. The company overall was phenomenal and they responded with extremely short notice but with excellent customer service. I literally booked my dad‘s transport the night before, and they came with the ambulance, they transferred him from his hospital bed to his gurney, they made sure he was belted down safe.
