My mom was discharged to my home, I live in a 4 story walk up thanks to EMT William Georges and Jamel Regis everything went smoothly, they were on time picking her up and very professional. They are indeed an asset to your company...
Waited 5 hours for our elderly parent to be transported literally across the street. After a 5:30pm discharge they showed up at 10:40pm. They will tell you we will be there in a hour and will not show up and continue to have you wait. They guys who came had just started at 8pm and said they were dispatched at 10:22. Of course we would have taken her ourselves but she has fragile back issues. Mt Sinai on 114st Amsterdam also was not aggressively attempting to escalate the issue.
