Staff is always friendly, my doctor (F Schroeder) listens to me, is always engaged and never fails to help me feel better about my situation when I leave. Phone are often tied up but with that many doctors and patients, who can blame them. Keep up the good work!
Doesn't respond to voicemails, prescription requests are ignored and delayed, ive been with them for years and these issues persist consistently. Doctor has threatened to end doctor patient relationship over missed appointments that occurred 3 years and 1 year ago respectively. Ridiculous hours on Fridays, like at that point why are you even open at all Fridays? Ive been biting my tongue for a very long time but this type of experience is unacceptable.
I first attended AMC in the late 90s and upon returning to Winnipeg in 2020 it was a no-brainer to return. I feel really blessed to have a doctor at AMC and their staff is professional and kind. My doctor and staff, cardiologist, xray, and ECG departments have all been excellent.
The people are Dynacare downstairs are Always so kind and very quick!
If you come here for an appointment, please expect a 1 hour behind the scheduled time.
