All of our animals have gone here for the past 20 years. No matter where we move in the city, the drive is worth it. They only do what is needed, help as much as possible, and charge no more than what they're doing is worth. I can never recommend them enough, or thank them enough, for all they have done for our furry family.
Gave amazing care to my rabbit!! I live 6 hours away from Winnipeg and raced to the city to find emergency veterinary care for my sickly rabbit. When I called they spoke to me with such calming care and compassion and immediately took in my bunny. Upon arrival everyone was so friendly and calming. I cried all the way to the vet but, they gave me a sense of relief once I got there. The staff here have been nothing but kind, helpful and accommodating as we’ve been dealing with health issues with our cat Bucky. They have really gone above and beyond with helping us navigate this situation. Thank you you all so much.
Recently visited as my puppy had to get spayed. Everything was great, except for one staff member in the morning when I dropped her off, like would it kill her to smile? She seemed bothered and annoyed that I was there. (Noticed she was the same with other clients too) Everyone else was friendly and helpful except her. (Was not able to get/see her name)
Followed Dr. Lin here from another vet clinic and luckily, this clinic is much closer to us. She's a great veterinarian and very empathetic, knowledgeable, and makes pets feel at ease. She is one of the rare vets that has a good balance of being honest and clear about difficult situations while also being as caring and compassionate as possible, which is why we will follow her to any vet clinic she's at!
