Gross negligence and zero accountability. After waiting 3 weeks from measurement to installation, the experience with ASSI-Fabricators was a disaster. During the install, the technicians moved my base cabinet out of place, ripping it away from the floor and trim. Despite the clear signs of damage and movement they caused during installation, they proceeded to permanently set a heavy slab onto the misaligned cabinet anyway with zero regard to the final product. I would give only one star, but the countertops look great and the install was spectacular. Unfortunately, that's the only thing that went well in my dealings with this company. If you want a company that has respect for the time of their customers, pays attention to what their customers are asking for, and communicates in an accurate and truthful manner, I'd highly recommend going with another company.
ASSI Fabricators is the worst!!! If it wasn't for Home Depot's forcing customers to use them to install counter tops... they would be out of business for their poor customer service skills, communication, pricing and terrible workmanship. ASSI is the only choice when you buy your counter tops with Home Depot.. I recommend you go to Lowe's instead. They do NOT honor the Military discount, like Lowe,s does. We went through Home Depot to install countertops. They subcontracted ASSI and the experience was less than ideal. It took them weeks to schedule. The guy who took all the measurements didn’t take in the electrical receptacles into consideration so the back splash didn’t fit. When I called to let them know, they wouldn’t refund me even though they are the ones who measured. They offered to cut around there but that would look terrible.
