We went through Home Depot to install countertops. They subcontracted ASSI and the experience was less than ideal. It took them weeks to schedule. The guy who took all the measurements didn’t take in the electrical receptacles into consideration so the back splash didn’t fit. When I called to let them know, they wouldn’t refund me even though they are the ones who measured. They offered to cut around there but that would look terrible.
