I would love to give this company a glowing five star review. I would love to because that would mean satisfaction with the experience. My case involves recovering surplus funds from the bank sale of my late brother's home. I contracted with the company in Dec, 2023. I first spoke with a young lady who gave the case to a gentleman by the name of Nathan. This company went to the extent of watching a live tax sale and then contacting the people whom just had their property sold for more than the minimum bid. This company sought out these people and are charging an obscene amount to claim the excess proceeds when 1. the company has no idea how much funds actually will go to said person and 2. it would only cost around $1k from a local attorney to file a motion to claim those excess proceeds! Make me SICK! DONT PREY ON PEOPLE WHO HAVE SO MANY THINGS GOING ON GOOD OR BAD!
