t’s unacceptable to cancel auctions just because the final bids weren’t as high as you wanted. Bidders played by the rules, and those wins should have been honored. Relisting with high reserves after the fact shifts the loss onto consumers, which is unfair and unprofessional. Once I contacted the business through Facebook she blocked me so I could not voice my opinion. Way to be a great business owner
Horrible, don't buy form there. they sell you stuff that don't wonk and don't accept returns. I can see if you purchased and it worked but to sell items that they know don't work and not take them back or trade. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
What a wonderful, caring company. My very first order was lost and they went out of their way to replace lost items. Excellent communication and patience (of which I have very little). Generous, great follow up, great products and prices. Thank you so much!
