I had some mold in my bathroom and these guys were super prompt and did a really great job. I love that they do testing to make sure that the mold is actually gone. I also had just a little bit of mold in one of my windows and they were nice enough to treat that free of charge!
We had a leak in our basement. I talked to Ben at Asset Environmental on the phone and he explained all options to me. Our walls were affected, but not too bad. He gave options if we chose to have them come do the work and file a claim for insurance or if we were to do it DIY. We went the DIY route and they were kind enough to send Devan over to check things out after 4 days of drying time to make sure our walls dried properly. Ben responded to an active flood at my listing. He stopped the water, evaluated the damage, and had it cleaned up within days. He was professional & prompt. My client was very happy with the services he provided.

Ben and his team are top-notch professionals! Fantastic communicators, very efficient, and friendly. They got in and helped remediate our new home in Utah faster than originally anticipated, which helped us get started on needed updates sooner.
