I placed one star only because I had to. I have done business with them several times. The first time I placed an antique juicer with them and I noticed in the auction pictures the bottom half was missing I didn't say anything I figured sometimes these things happen. Over all my experience with them has been satisfactory. I did place some electronics with them and received my Apple computer back and it was cracked on both sides of the screen.
