Was forced to use this company by a pain mgt clinic. Paid my portion of the bill before the online session started. Never received any bills from them saying I owed additional money. Got a letter today from a collection agency more than a year later. Called my insurance provider and they were never billed. These ppl are a price of work - rude, disrespectful and refuse to send me a copy of what they daily I owe. Stay away - beware of their horrible billing practices.
All these people care about is money. Horrible receptionist, very nasty and rude. Said they called me when I never received one ring on my phone. When I called the office number they expected me to pay a rescheduling fee of 75 dollars after 100 dollars was already paid. Now 100 dollars was charged and I didn't receive any service. Big scam and I will be disputing this transaction
