“Terrible service, go anywhere but here, the instructors are rude and condescending as well as their office staff when you call them, go somehwhere else with your money”. SPOT ON
Not sure what services they offer besides diversion monitoring, but was non-compliant from lack of communication to the courts over two months when I had already been in contact with them. Thankfully, I was able to get that resolved but it was concerning to say the least. Not sure of their true commitment to public health versus payment from their association with the Kansas court system. I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire experience with Assessment Services. I spoke with Mr. Reed after scheduling a time with a super helpful and kind office manager, Marge. During the class session Dennis Robinson did a great job. I thought he was very honest, professional, and insightful. I would recommend Assessment Services to anyone who needs a primer in the influence of drugs and alcohol on individuals and society as a whole.
