I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the care my son received from Dr. Stephan Millar. Despite my son having been on sedentary activities for about six months due to his condition, the physician concluded he was fine without performing a physical examination of his spine. The Doctor is obviously working with the insurance company. They will lie on the report. I couldn’t even walk, sit and stand they reported I am OK . Dr. ZACHARY TAN was the person who examined me.
The service at this assessment center could definitely be better. They are more concerned about their policies than they are about fostering a positive patient experience. I felt there was a lack of empathy and the process seemed more task oriented than patient oriented.
Dr Osama Gharsaa assesed that I'm not very injured and Millennium Insurance canceled my benefits. You have to be dying for them to be considered injured. It doesn't matter if you are able to work or not. These doctors are working for the Insurance companies.
