Do not deal with this Company, no integrity, no professionalism, just give you the run around and it is a waste of time dealing with this Company, all the so called " assistants" doesnot know what they are doing, loan agent Chris Kim is even worse.

When Charlie W*** of Assent Mortgage cold called me, I immediately warned him that although I had excellent credit and plenty of assets, my case was not typical as I am retired and too young to receive Social Security so I don't have regular income to show. Charlie W*** told me it wasn't a problem and assured me that we could do an asset-based underwriting and that based on the numbers that I had given him we should be able to do a no-cost refinancing. I received a totally automated ROBOCALL with spoofed phone number and interactive robot. It acted like a human to qualify me for a mortgage then passed me directly to LendBee agent. I am on the DoNotCall list and told the agent my objections. He hung up. Do NOT use this company or you will be doing business with a company that pays for robocalls!

Horrible experience with this place. The original guy that started the loan for me took $700 for a appraisal which is extremely high. Then all of the sudden silence for atleast a couple weeks. I called back out of curiosity to see what was going on and another guy answered and said he was no longer with them and was taking over which was kinda weird for me. He did apologize for the delay and said if the loan didn't go through he would get me a refund for the appraisal cause of the delay and mishandling of my file. Needless t... read more

Nasty person called me about refinancing my mortgage. After I told her I was not interested she continued on and after she took a breath and told her not to call me anymore and she said "thanks for wasting my time and going into my lunch break" then hung up. I would never work with this company

Terrible experience. Reps keep calling even when you tell them to put you on a Do Not Call list. Company is either terribly run and they can’t implement something as simple as an Opt Out List or they are intentionally malevolent. I used LendingTree who sold my info to LendBee. On top of the terrible customer experience, their rates were not competitive.
