I called this place in pain. I told the receptionist I haven’t slept in almost 40 hrs due to pulsating pain in my jaw and teeth. I just got new dental insurance and they are in network. The lady proceeds to tell me the next available appointment is over 30 days away. She advised me “people cancel every week” it’s as if we weren’t having the same conversation at all. Talk about customer service.

It’s been 5 years I’ve been a patient at Assembly Dental. You most likely won’t believe me when I say this — but I do like going to my dentist! Dr. Chan and my lovely hygienist Nathalia always take such great care of me. They’re kind, gentle, and genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and health. The whole team is professional and welcoming, and I always leave feeling well taken care of.
