I called this place in pain. I told the receptionist I haven’t slept in almost 40 hrs due to pulsating pain in my jaw and teeth. I just got new dental insurance and they are in network. The lady proceeds to tell me the next available appointment is over 30 days away. She advised me “people cancel every week” it’s as if we weren’t having the same conversation at all. Talk about customer service.
