Frustrating appointment process! My husband scheduled an appointment today and even took time off work, only to have it canceled due to an error on their end. They initially entered the wrong birth date in the system, preventing him from completing some pre-appointment paperwork. Although he was able to resolve the issue a few hours before the appointment, they still canceled it. This place needs have better communication with their patients because they need to call the patients if the dentist does decide to not show up because of the weather.
I was in Boston for work and I live in Florida and I had a dental emergency. I called them and they got me in within 40 minutes. They were beyond kind and helpful. I can't thank them enough for helping me as I was an excruciating pain. I highly recommend them.
I love going to Assembly Dental Their staffs Our wonderful, very nice very kind and very respectful. They make sure that they take care of you always asking. Are you OK? Do you have any discomfort if you’re in any pain just let me know and the best thing about Assembly Dental Very clean they have great customer service.
