I do NOT recommend! They criticize dental work done outside the practice. The receptionists are rude. Constant staff turnover, overbooked appointments.. They don't file some claims, or ask you to file yourself. They create more work for themselves, like saying I should replace a crown, because it was old and then I go for a second opinion and was told there was no need to replace it. Always seek a second opinion for expensive treatments!
Great dentist, but they dropped my insurance and decided to wait until three days before an appointment to notify me I'd be paying out of pocket. Overall an incredibly poor experience given the lead time needed to schedule an appointment with a new dentist.
I love Assembly dental! They are always so thorough while also being gentle. They are efficient and kind and it's always such a wonderful experience coming in for my cleaning!
I’ve been a patient at Assembly Dental since 2023, and my overall experience has been excellent. Dr. Cheong is highly skilled, professional, and very attentive to every detail.
