AWEFUL RETURN POLICY TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY!!!!! I had my foot fitted by their expert (as per the store policy) for a ballroom dance shoe and explained that they were going to be worn as as a street shoe for my upcoming wedding. I moved out of state before the shoes arrived and was unable to inspect them before making the final payment. When I received them, they were too small (even for a ballroom shoe). Great Selection, Great Staff! I LOVE this store! I'm usually in a hurry and the wonderful ladies at Assemble help me so much and get me just what I need! They have the best customer service! One time, I came in and didn't know what kind of tights my studio wanted for a show. The lady that helped me knew exactly what I needed AND gave me a discount I didn't even ask for! We always tell all the dance moms at our studio to go there first.
Only show in town I've had some bad customer service experiences myself and when I brought this up with some others they mentioned similar experiences. However, they are really the only show in town.
Dance Supplies Assemble has a good selection of items for dance needs. It's not just about shoes or leotards, there are a lot of other interesting items to buy and see.

Noel, Kelly and Sue are wonderful. We drive from Texas for my daughter’s pointe shoes and it is always worth our time! We are grateful for their professionalism and quality time my daughter gets during her fittings.

My daughter and her friend had their first pointe shoe fitting Saturday with Kelly and Noel. It was very detailed and they sure know their stuff! Kelly's been fitting shoes for 20 years and Noel's been fitting them for 40 and it shows. We love Assemble. They were so kind and speaking with other moms at the studio, every girl came away feeling special and that things they were sensitive about (let's face it - girls at the pre-teen and early teen stages can be very self-conscious) were actually things to be celebrated.
