I like him he is really nice
Dr Assem Houssein seems like a good doctor, have only had one visit so far. As for the receptionist she is rude and unprofessional. Had me wait 20 minutes just to get checked in as a new patient. Then when I call to ask about my prior authorization she informs me she only does those once a week. I find that very unprofessional that is people medications she is interfering with. I asked when I should expect this prior auth to be complete and she says "well probably a week if not longer as I only do them once a week". I need m... read more
No problems with Dr. Houssein, I actually really like him! I was happy to know that Tina (front office) was gone, so I could finally come back. Well, she’s back now, so I will once again not come back to this office. Her attitude towards me and many other patients has consistently been absolutely horrendous.
Dr. Assem Houssein is a great doctor. I’ve only seen him twice and my A1C has improved significantly. I highly recommend him.
