No problems with Dr. Houssein, I actually really like him! I was happy to know that Tina (front office) was gone, so I could finally come back. Well, she’s back now, so I will once again not come back to this office. Her attitude towards me and many other patients has consistently been absolutely horrendous.
Dr. Assem Houssein is a great doctor. I’ve only seen him twice and my A1C has improved significantly. I highly recommend him.
I would give less than one star if I could. I can’t get anyone at this office to call me back. It’s a far drive for me and I have a young baby or I would just go in person to try to track down a response (though I shouldn’t have to). At the end of last year, I called for several weeks and left message after message with no response (needed bloodwork reviewed and new perscription ordered). I had to resort to calling different offices that are a part of this practice to see if they could reach anyone at Dr. Houssein’s office. ... read more
