Needed a bit of help with a couple things in store on Saturday. Received fantastic customer service from Michelle who was more than happy to go out of her way for me.
Have had a really great experience recently with the team at Asseffs, I was lucky enough to get my first pair of RMs and the team were so great with assisting with the fitting and sizes. Plus it was at a great deal. Thank you to your team for being so lovely and caring during a chaotic time of the year!
I've been travelling to Port and shopping as Assef's for awhile and im extremely disappointment in the service i've recieved from a lady with short hair she has been rude and aburpt the last time being the 30/10 she was quiet unhelpul with my enquiry and made me feel unwelcome within the store she needs to take pointers from the other worker that was quiet helpful in what i needed she was pleasant and had a knowledge of the store which showed what customer service is about!!.
I've shopped at Assefs from time to time for over four years now. I've dealt extensively with Dan over several orders. Dan's always presented himself as professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. Whatever you need, Dan and his team have always been ready to assist and quick to come back with any answers. I've referred many friends and family to Assefs, and will continue to do so.
