My daughter was treated in the ER in hopewell. They referred me to Dr. Assadi as a follow up early the next week. One I called her office, they advised that her next available appointment wasn’t until the next month (despite what I was told in the ER). I opted to see someone right away to get her seen and treated ASAP. The APN that we were scheduled to see did not evaluate her, but another unknown staff in training did. My name is Okan I had the unpleasant experience with Dr. Assadi staff this mourning 03/18/14. Very Disrespectful, unpleasant people to deal with. They don't have any means to serve the customer, everybody has an unhappy face. It felt like everybody was working there by force!!!!! It doesn't matter how good the doctor is the staff members should treat the customer with respect!!!
