Very professional, friendly staff
You can purchase products on their e-store and pay for overnight shipping but it'll turn out that they don't even have keycards in stock. They won't even call or email you to tell you that they are unfortunately out of their products. Customer service wait times are awful and no one at this company shares any empathy even after spending upwards of $40,000 on new locks.
Had a great tour of the showroom! It was everything and more than I expected! Thank you so much for the hospitality!! I hope to visit again someday.
