I had a very bad experience with this shop. I called in advance and asked if they had a brake drum hub for my trailer in stock. They told me they did and that I could come to their shop. When I arrived, nobody was there — I had to wait 4 hours for someone to show up. Then, after they finally arrived, they told me they actually didn’t have the part. This was on Saturday. I like to thank the owner Ray and the Machanic David. Both of them took me out to lunch while waiting for my repair to get finished. Most importantly this shop took on a job that many Mechanics will not do because of the location of the part on the truck. My truck kept breaking motor mounts every 6 months and I was advised by other shops to update grade my motor mount from a two bolt motor mount to a 4 bolt motor mount. Truckers!! Be aware They are the dacoits of the road, once you get into their web, they will make sure to make as much as they can out of you. My truck had a broker oil pan, i called them their mechanic, he worked 3 hours on my truck and it wouldn’t work told me he has to take it to the shop but he already charged me 4k. At the shop they kept truck for 12 days and charged me 7k more and told me they cleaned its crank shaft that it was bad. Tried charging me 6hrs labor and $892 for replacing a discharge line on the air compressor. I had to leave and go get my tools because the mechanic only had a crescent wrench and a screwdriver. And I left and got the hose also. The whole work day gone
