I had a very bad experience with this shop. I called in advance and asked if they had a brake drum hub for my trailer in stock. They told me they did and that I could come to their shop. When I arrived, nobody was there — I had to wait 4 hours for someone to show up. Then, after they finally arrived, they told me they actually didn’t have the part. This was on Saturday. Blew a brake chamber on my International. Called 3 shops. ASR was $330+ cheaper than their competitor. Mechanic arrived in a reasonably short time (30-45 mins). The repair was completed quickly and done well. I would definitely use ASR when in the Shreveport area.

Towed my semi there, kept it for 3 months and couldn't figure out the issue, and still charged me 3k for nothing. Towed it to another shop and fixed the truck within a week. Do not recommend.
