Our Fortuner was there for an insurance claim on the front bumper. What a disgrace of service. Told 3 week turn around, thats to make sure we didnt go anywhere else. Our vehicle msg's us when doors, bonnets open and even the engine start/stop. 2 weeks of in/out untill msg's told us 3 days of actual work was being preformed. Collected car with light dust through whole car. Bonnet not aligned correcetly. Small metal rattle under front side upon take-off that was never there. All old bumper inserts used and no new ones. Very professional organisation. Very helpful staff and great service. The work was excellent and I thoroughly recommend this company.
Took a landrover defender in for paintwork respray and the fitting of new decals etc the request was to replicate a good quality finish and have to say ASR delivered it took a little while longer than planned but the job is first class
