After waiting for an insurance repair to scheduled for a repair that would take a week to get the car back to us. We were told the day before drop off that the car would take a bit longer i.e 2 weeks. After three phone calls to try get a confirmed completion date and being told ''someone will get back to you'' no one did. Today call to collect vehicle and its not ready with no completion date known.
