ASR was super helpful, transparent, and kind! As a female college student it’s very intimidating to enter an auto shop, but they put me at ease! There were a plethora of updates along the way and even photos and videos to back up what they were telling me. The staff was kind enough to explain certain things I didn’t understand and took the time to bring up possible other issues for down the road (and held no obligation or any guilt tactics to use their shop again, though I definitely will!) Great experience. Steve went above and beyond to help me and my situation. I would recommend to everyone to bring your vehicle here. They are very nice and take there time to explain everything they are doing. Much more trust worthy experience than most shops out there.
Easily one of the best places to go to when your car needs to be fixed (kept my car in the shop for 2 weeks because transmissions cost a lot) and the only reason why I knew of it is because if you end up drunk driving u gotta get a breathalyzer installed in ur car. So go there for a repair rather than a court order
WOW ASR Automotive is absolutely amazing. Steve is the kindest and works so hard to make sure my car is getting the best care. They keep me in the loop about what they are working on, the communication is top tier. I will keep going here as long as I live in Fort Collins. Thank you!
Steve and his team are amazing. I had a terrible issue with my car and there were so many setbacks while trying to fix it. Everything that could’ve gone wrong happened, and yet Steve always made sure that they were doing good work on the car. These guys are always on your side, and 1000% deserve your business. Steve genuinely wants to see his customers leave satisfied.
