This place obviously doesn’t want to fill their properties. I scheduled a tour for 11/22 but got stuck at a doc appointment later than expected and asked to reschedule about an hour or two before our viewing. This was via text. I then got a text confirmation of a scheduled viewing for the next day 11/23 at 2:15. We get to the home and they had no idea about our appointment and denied sending texts. I was super impressed with Aspyn Property Management from my very first phone call. I randomly called companies for help with the City of Denver’s new rental license and was pleasantly surprised to get a return phone call from a gentlemen willing to help. Very professional, asked me questions regarding my property and was surprised he was able to take over and make the process so easy.
