Very unfortunate, I heard very high reviews of this quality of hair. Originally my hair ended up “lost in transport” and I had to push my installation twice. Once I received the hair and had it installed within the first four weeks I was losing handfuls of the hair as it seemed to be half synthetic (I am a stylist and am very aware what synthetic hair feels like) by the 7th week I had them taken out and 4” of the 24” hair had broken off. O stars. Ordered an extension kit in April and have not been able to use it as the light came broken. Since July I’ve gone back-and-forth back-and-forth back-and-forth and still no resolution and never any answers just excuses. My last messages and emails have no response. It is now October. I would never recommend ASPY
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Aspy. The hair is fantastic and the service is amazing. Alison has full commitment to making her clients feel comfortable and ensuring they don’t leave without being 100% happy with their service and hair.
