Leanne was amazing to deal with at first. Made me feel so at ease in her chair until I paid $1600 and was then ghosted by them. Would not answer me when I asked for help on installation and after care. Would not recommend this company at all. Horrible experience.

Very unfortunate, I heard very high reviews of this quality of hair. Originally my hair ended up “lost in transport” and I had to push my installation twice. Once I received the hair and had it installed within the first four weeks I was losing handfuls of the hair as it seemed to be half synthetic (I am a stylist and am very aware what synthetic hair feels like) by the 7th week I had them taken out and 4” of the 24” hair had broken off. O stars. Ordered an extension kit in April and have not been able to use it as the light came broken. Since July I’ve gone back-and-forth back-and-forth back-and-forth and still no resolution and never any answers just excuses. My last messages and emails have no response. It is now October. I would never recommend ASPY
