If you're looking for Class B driving experience, look elsewhere. Most trucks are junk and "leadership" cares only about getting more out of you. A cap (limit) is placed on your seasonal earnings. "Supervisors" might know asphalt and milling but lack interpersonal skills and are laughable jerks in general. Very poor communication, even for construction industry standards.

You guys have dump trucks running around with no mud flaps throwing rocks and breaking windshields. People are going to get video of it and hold you accountable for damages. Inexcusable. Get chains and hooks and fold the flaps up when dumping into the paver so you don't rip them off which I'm sure is your terrible excuse for not having flaps on.
