We paid for a delivery of AUVI-Q but now our accounts both show that the prescription for our daughter is pending. Also, we have tried to get both me and my wife's accounts merged, since both of them are for our daughter, but they can't merge the accounts for some reason and both accounts show different statuses. Would avoid if possible and just get EpiPen Jr. if possible.
Do not use this pharmacy! I feel for those needing life saving medication. It’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t have my Rx. I normally use Amazon and love it. My doctor sent the Rx to this company for some reason and it’s as good as gone! Unfortunately i already paid. At best this company is a scam, at worst it is a functioning pharmacy that causes unnecessary pain, suffering and even death due to their lack of professionalism
Never recieved the much needed medicine for my son. Never contacted nothing. It has been a month and another wasted appointment to receive nothing.
I echo the other reviewers - it's the WORST COMPANY EVER. A simple address change takes forever, and even after multiple calls of confirming address change they'll send to old address and say that the address has never been changed. Even after you cancel the prescription and they confirm the termination, they will call you every day to schedule a delivery for a non existant prescription. Story of my life dealing with them the past few years and I never want to ever deal with this company again.
Fortunately, we have an alternative way to get the nasal flu vaccine spray. Had issue with my insurance, and finally just said cancel the whole order.
