These guys are using my driveway with their big equipment, tearing up my yard, to get to a spot on someone else's property. I called to tell them to not be on my property, and the manager came to talk to me and his firs words were "so I was told you were going off about us using your driveway", going off? Then proceeds to say they are not rutting my yard but I clearly saw ruts.

Four birch trees trimmed as per First Energy. Not only did they butcher the trees, the mess left behind is unacceptable.

I was notified that The tree service will be trimming trees along my back property again this year. Last time they were here, they left the yard a mess. They removed a dogwood tree that was only 8 feet tall And not even under the powerlines that would never have touched the powerlines. When I asked why they removed the tree. They told me the tree was never there. They even tried to say that they were never in my yard. Even though I had gone out and talked with them before they started the work.. I would not recommend this company. They parked their equipment in a way that completely blocked me in my driveway, without any notice or consideration. Unprofessional behavior—look elsewhere for tree services that respect their customers and neighbors.

The worst experience by far. Wish I could not even put a star. Had a tree fall on power lines. Illuminating company told me if they hit my fence they are responsible for it. Employees (all 9 of them) did the least they could, busted my fence, left most my tree in my neighbor's yard. Awful experience. Not to mention they relieved themselves behind my shed multiple times. Disgusting! They leave telling me the busted fence and post is my problem and the tree in my neighbors back yard is also my problem.
