These guys are using my driveway with their big equipment, tearing up my yard, to get to a spot on someone else's property. I called to tell them to not be on my property, and the manager came to talk to me and his first words were "so I was told you were going off about us using your driveway", going off? Then proceeds to say they are not rutting my yard but I clearly saw ruts.

Horrible company that lies and has zero regard for the area they are working in. It’s not surprising they work for the power companies no way are the competent enough to survive actually serving customers

Four birch trees trimmed as per First Energy. Not only did they butcher the trees, the mess left behind is unacceptable.

I was notified that The tree service will be trimming trees along my back property again this year. Last time they were here, they left the yard a mess. They removed a dogwood tree that was only 8 feet tall And not even under the powerlines that would never have touched the powerlines. When I asked why they removed the tree. They told me the tree was never there. They even tried to say that they were never in my yard. Even though I had gone out and talked with them before they started the work..
