I've had a ticket with excel for nine months, still no service. Called the rep who's number is on the ticket and he says they closed the ticket with no reason given. I hope excel's not paying them for this job because none of the work's happened. After someone closed the ticket, i was told by the asplundh rep that I had to open another ticket with excel... yeah... after I waited nine months to get the work done.
I would leave a zero if I could. Beware of this company. No matter what day of the week they trim your trees, they return on Saturday at 7:30 AM to do the wood chipping. Their Customer Service line goes straight to voicemail but does not allow one to leave a message. The bot says "press 10 to leave a voicemail". Immediately after you press the numbers, it beeps and then says, "Message too short. Deleted". Then it claims to transfer, you rings 5 times, and asks you to press one, zero to leave a message, etc. etc. a useless ci... read more
They do decent tree work. After coming back to fix the first round of major miscommunication, I noticed some property damage. Guy I spoke with almost scoffed and acted like they were doing me some kind of favor by fixing their miscommunication. I simply asked to be reimbursed, was assured I would be and have attempted to contact for updates but keep getting left on 'read'. Original conversation was on 3/19, it is now 4/7. If you need tree work done, they were very quick, but the follow-up is apparently too much to ask.
Inept. A young crew and confrontational supervisor. Doing work for Excel who they cited for the extraordinarily bad job they did. I recommend you find somebody else or , if they are doing Excels work, call Excel and ask them to send out a crew from another vendor.
