The power company hired these jerks to come cut our neighbors trees. They entered OUR yard dropping limbs on rare, expensive hostas from my family owned business. I also breed 1 of a kind hostas and those seedlings were also in the bed. I explained to them it was also my Mom's memorial garden with the last plants she gave me before dying. doing work for the city, cut my cable cord. Would not acknowledge my complaint, or even offer an apology, just out of luck over the holidays with a house full of relatives. You are not allowed to enter my property at 4712 Gaywood Drive, Minnetonka, ever again without written consent from me. Hired out contractors by Xcel, completely took down the wrong trees and instead of owning up to it they blame it all on "miscommunication." Better ensure that everything is spelled out from the get go because they will not make any sort of effort to make sure they are doing the correct work and hide behind vaguely worded door hang permits.
I haven't worked with this company directly. However, they were hired by Xcel Energy to cut down some trees in the woods along my property line due to a recent storm. This company carelessly left large tree branches scattered throughout my driveway and even more frustratingly, damaged my backyard by leaving deep tire tracks after driving through it without permission. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone and after reading the previous - negative - reviews, I am shocked that Xcel still hires them.
Update: I ended up waiting 9 months for them to show up and perform their duties. After showing up they made a point to blatently refuse to perform their job. Although the trees were well within the specification of OSHA to have them perform the work. They came on site, said they would not touch the trees and left. Absolutely outrageous!! I wish I could give a worse rating. I have been waiting 5 months for them to come do line clearance at my customers home. I look foolish and my customer is not happy (rightfully so).
